Okay first i will describe and tell you the effect of Chidori. This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. This produces heavy amounts of damage that is usually fatal. This technique is classified as an assassination technique because of the speed at which it is performed, despite the loud noise it produces.

You will have to concentrate chakra to the palm of your hands.

sensei i have wind type chakra and i cannot use lighting style jutsu because i am not a jonin i think only jonin may have 2 or more chakra types

but for every thing its worth ill try to

(holds hand out in chidori position)

* i will not be expel from learning a jutsu because of my chakra type i will learn this jutsu*

(my hand starts glowing with chakra but no lighting not even a spark)

If your are wind natured maybe you can use Rasengan instead. Rasengan is much stronger than CHidori.

but i cannot find a teacher to teach me that
if you wont teach me the chidori ill learn it my self

Naruto can teach you. He has mastered all the types Rasengan.
