Exstra: Even tough im a genin my kyuubi powers should let me be a hokage for the land of fire(Konoha) i am going to be a kage of this village till either a chuunin or jounin joins or someone gets 100.000 xp

As a village leader i will open up a academy, tough i still need 10 village members till this can start.

after being in the academy for 3-7 days you will become a genin. From a genin you need to learn atleast 5 New jutsus and be a genin for one week to either become a chuunin or jounin and you need to pass a test to proceed from genin-chuunin.
