well the 1st Hokage had Woodstyle Jutsu that no one else (Exept Yamato) had, and had an Ultimate Jutsu that would COMPLETELY ENIOLATE YOU.

2nd Hokage was a Water Style Master and could use Water Drill (WOULD ENIOLATE YOU!!)


Raikage hasn't shown many techniques yet, but we know he is SUPER STRONG

Killer Bee has the Hachabi sealed within him and has full control of him.

i say either killer bee or raikage aka A cause A (raikages name) has his super taion armor which makes his speed as fast as konoha;s yellow flash and he was considered the strongest hokage for his speed and jutsu what good is your wood style and water styles if you enemy is so fast you cant even hit him? and killer bee can use his hachibi cloak to match up with A's speed and both of them can use the lariat to kill each other lol also killer bee has full control of hachibi making it more difficult for A cause of his menacing ball and such so i say its a tie between killer bee and his older bro A

hmmm.... I'm still not sure, I mean, the Hokage was known as the most powerful ninja in all the world until the Yellow Flash, and I know the Raikage can do alot that the Yellow Flash can do but you forget, Madara beat the Yellow Flash by taking out the 9 tails from Nartuo's mother, BUT the 1st Hokage had Beat Madara, while Madara had the 9 tails with him during their final fight. So how exactly do yo uplan on coming back on that?
