General Rules

.Introduction

Here are the rules to the site. This is a forewarning to let you know that these rules will be enforced and we will not tolerate them being broken for any such reason. Any one who dares to break the rules will receive only three warnings before getting banned. The staff have the right to skip a warning or two if the offense is grave enough.

.General Rules

- No Flame Wars anywhere on the site with exception of the pms. There you can argue all you want to each other and no one has to know unless you decide to state harassing someone then we the staff may have to step in.
- All posts have to be a minimum of 20 characters long or else you will not be able to post... there is no getting around this at all!
- No Harassing the members: if you want something done please be patient and polite. Ask people to help you get stuff done instead of harassing the members of the site.
- Please keep the swearing down to a minimum.
- No porn or drugs allowed on the site or linked to the site in any way including in the RPs. This will get you banned instantly.
- The C-Box is not a toy. Please do not spam, advertise, harass the members, or promote any form of illegal substance while using the C-box. Please and thank you!
- Mature Board- There is a mature board on this site that is made so that Mature Role Players can roleplay in adult situations. I don't want any discussion about the things happening in there in the Cbox. First Offense is a ban.
- Proboard Laws- All Federal laws apply here as well as the Proboards TOS.
- Use mannerly conduct while on the site all times. Should something get out of hand and the staff are forced to step in then the correct consequence will be dealt.
- Religion and Politics: Please keep religion and politics at home and not on this message board those kinds of discussions generally turn out to be arguments or someone leaving the site. IF any religion is brought up on the site it should be by the character in a character post and should be addressing another character in that same thread.
- No double-posting: That means don't reply to a thread you just replied to. If you need to add something, use the modify button. That's what its there for.
- Acceptance: You are not allowed to roleplay until your character is put in the Acceptance sub board. Once its approved and we give you the OK, then you are able to RP.
- All users need to be active it they wish to keep their characters. Each user should have at least 0.75 on their average post per day. Any member who has a average post per day lower then 0.7 will be considered inactive and if will have one week to become active again before losing their characters...
- The Rule above only applies if you haven't notified us before you suddenly disappear.
- Listen to the staff, even though they are members like you, there is a reason why they make up the staff here.
- Don't provoke the staff!

.Mini-Profile Rules

- Please keep in mind that you must not use avatars and signatures with a combined pixel width of 570. This will cause the codes of this site to malfunction and so it is highly advised that you refrain from using to large of avatars or signatures.
- Please do not put any profanity in any parts of the Miniprofile.
- Please keep in mind that you can change your own username color to any color of your own choice through the profile modification page.

.Archive Rules

- All bios are to be submitted on the Character archive board only.
- All characters that are pending a review need to fallow the guidelines set for by this site and must be reviewed by a staff member before role playing can begin for that character.
- All characters, once approved will be moved from the character archive board to the Accepted Character Archive board upon approval.
- Dead characters will have their bios moved to the Deceased character archive board.
- Users who are deemed inactive will have their characters moved to the Character Pen. There they will remain for two months before being deleted.
- Any character in the character pen can be adopted by any member who does has not already met their character limit.
- Any character submitted with a Kekkei Genkai must have a corresponding Clan submission to go with it unless there is already a clan on the site that it belongs to.
- Characters may have special abilities that are independent of Kekkei Genkai and do not have a clan to go with it. However should two members of the same clan have the same special ability that special ability will automatically be considered a kekkei genkai and a clan must be submitted before the user can continue roleplaying with either character.
- Please abide by the restrictions on Kekkei Genkai and special abilities.
- A user can only have one character who has a either a special ability or a kekkei genkai.
- No hunter characters: there will be no characters allowed who are made just for the sole purpose of hunting down another just to kick their butt allowed on this site.
- No two clans can be the same.
- No ripping ideas from other characters from this site or another and that includes Cannons as well.
- All original weapons, Items, or jutsu must be submitted in there respective Archival boards.
- Any item or new jutsu that is to be added to a character must be submitted for review before being added by a staff member to the character.
- You can have up to four characters as a max total amount and only two of those characters can be Cannon Characters.

.Role Play Rules

-When Role playing as your character, please be sure that you use proper grammar and spelling because it's hard trying to figure out what a person is saying just because they don't know proper English.
- When speaking out of character during a Role play session, please use either () or OOC: when speaking out of character and then BIC: when you choose to speak in character once again.
- No killing another user's character with out their given permission
- No resurrecting a dead character with out the creator's permission.
- When roleplaying please keep in mind that there is a serious power difference between Genin and S-ranked Shinobi.
- If you are to use a jutsu make sure it is one that your character knows from the list or where ever he or she got their academy level training from.
- No controlling another user's character with out their given permission.
- Keep it realistic. Each character has a limited amount of chakra, strength, speed, and stamina so your character can only do what is humanly possible as presented in the Naruto universe. If your character has been fighting for a while they have to show signs of exhaustion.
- Keep all mature content on the mature board found on the site. If you would like the password then please let me or one of there staff know.
- No auto hitting when fighting, you will have to give reasonable out when characters are backed into a corner as well. Any blows dealt must hit every now and then but at the same not every blow is allowed to make contact it up for both plays to decide if the attacks make contact instead of just one.

.Staff Rules

-The following rules apply to staff members only--No staff members, including the admins are permitted to use their rank powers or authority as leverage against any member, here we are all equal in right and opinion.
- No staff member can delete or ban another user with out cause or reason that justifies the removal of a member.
- No staff member is allow or permitted to abuse the power of their position without facing the consequence of being either demoted or banned.
- There will be no editing of anyone else’s posts with out their consent.
- If you wish any codes added to this site you must submit them to akuta so that he can make sure that they will not royally mess up the site.
- Their will be no editing of the General settings with out consent of the admin.
- Editing another person’s profile with out their permission is strictly prohibited and can get you banned, unless there is a violation of another rule.
