| Pain ( Pein) is the recognized leader of Akatsuki and is from Amegakure. He is referred to as "leader" by all Akatsuki members except for Konan, who refers to him by his name. In addition to acting as Akatsuki's leader, Pain was the leader of the winning faction in the Land of Rain's latest civil war.He is considered to be the strongest ninja of all times ,, stronger even than his master,, the sennin Jiraiya,,some people would even refer to him as (God).He can control jinchuuriki and said to be immortal.
